Ebooks
After purchasing any downloadable Ebook or product from ForeclosureU.com, it is the Foreclosure U Member's responsibility to download the Ebook or product within 24 hours of purchase. If you believe an error has been made in the purchase, please do not download the Ebook (you must contact us explaining the error at sales@ForeclosureU.com). Once you download the Ebook, it is impossible for us to refund you for it.
Important Notice:
- Ebooks cannot be copied, or "loaned" to others due to copyright laws. They may of course be printed for your own personal use.
- Once an Ebook is downloaded, it cannot be refunded or exchanged for another Ebook.
All Ebooks, The CFS Course, and the REO Powerlister book are the exclusive property of the publisher or its licensers and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The content of these product(s) are intended for the Foreclosure U Member's personal and educational use. Any other use of Ebooks and books purchased from ForeclosureU.com is strictly prohibited. Users may not modify, transmit, publish, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit, any of the content of these product(s), in whole or in part. By purchasing Foreclosure U Books and Ebooks, the User hereby acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
Refunds:
Ebooks: There will be no refunds on Ebooks. When selling Electronic Goods, there is no way to be sure that the delivered product is deleted and not used.
CFS Course: The CFS course may be returned within 60 days if:

It is in the same condition as was it when received.

You have in good faith signed up with at least 30 companies listed on the National Default Database CD.
REO Powerlister: The REO Powerlister may be returned within 60 days if:

It is in the same condition as was it when received.

You have in good faith signed up with at least 30 companies listed on the National REO Database.

There is a 15% restocking fee for both the CFS Course and The REO Powerlister.
